Join me for an immersive hour of Breathwork and sound. With a trauma informed approach this space is safe for all- experienced and those curious about the healing power of the breath. We will move through the session using our breath and then end the evening bringing it back to the room finding a resting position as sound bowls will allow you to soften deeper into that relaxed meditative state.
