Yoga and Wellness
Kundalini Yoga with Crystal
This is a weekly Kundalini Yoga class designed for those seeking a deeper inner connection through movement, breathwork, and meditation. While all levels are welcome, this class goes beyond a gentle introduction; inviting students into sustained postures, focused breath, and meditative awareness.
Each week may emphasize meditation, pranayama, mantra, or physical endurance, always with the intention of cultivating inner clarity, resilience, and self-awareness. Modifications are offered, and students are encouraged to honor their own pace and bodies. This practice is less about fitness and more about meeting yourself honestly and consciously on the mat.
Open to beginners and experienced students alike, especially those ready to explore yoga as a practice of connection with their inner being.
Monday Evenings
Kundalini Yoga with Alexa
This beginner Kundalini Yoga class is a gentle, welcoming introduction to the practice, designed for all bodies and experience levels! The class focuses on simple movements, breathwork, relaxation and sound that help awaken awareness, reduce stress, and build a strong nervous system.
Each class typically begins with a short mantra meditation (we call it “tuning in”), followed by repetitive movements and postures (called kriyas) paired with the breath. These movements are accessible and can be modified. Beginners are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace!
Following the kriya, a typical class will also include a gong bath during the deep relaxation (shavasana). If time allows, we will end the class with a meditation that can include movement, mantra, or breath work. We close every kundalini class with a mantra song called “The Long Time Sun Blessing”.
A beginner Kundalini class is less about flexibility or physical fitness and more about cultivating awareness, inner balance and connection. No prior yoga experience is required—just comfortable clothing that you can move and breathe in, an open mind, and a willingness to explore!
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or brand new to yoga, this class offers the guidance and stimulation to support you—whether you’re starting slowly or exploring deeper—together in the same shared space.
