Yoga and Pilates - Yoga Haven Studio
Lacey Jones
Yoga and Pilates have been central to my life since 2017, serving as both grounding practices and sources of growth. I earned my 200-hour RYT in 2022 and a mat Pilates certification in 2024, and I teach vinyasa and restorative yoga with a focus on breath-led movement and accessible options for all levels.
My approach is rooted in creating a calm, supportive space where students feel safe to listen to their bodies. Influenced by my experiences with postpartum anxiety and scoliosis, I teach with compassion and curiosity, and I value the sense of connection and community that comes from moving and breathing together.
