Tasha received a bachelor’s degree in both International Business Management and Business Education from BYU-Hawaii. She also received a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from University of Connecticut. She’s been teaching business for 15 years, and is also certified in bookkeeping and data analysis. 

Our current business world is profit-focused. Tasha believes that business should be passion-focused, and profit is the positive reward for fulfilling passions. She believes, strongly, that women benefit from a more holistic coaching approach, focusing on finding a work/life balance and meeting your full potential–all while meeting the needs of the customers who can benefit the most from your products or services. 

Tasha has started many successful businesses, and is super excited to help more and more women start (and thrive!) on their own! 

She facilitates business coaching workshops, as well as offering one-on-one coaching for members of The Treehouse Collective.

Crystal Schultz is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher through the Kundalini Research Institute, trained in Level 2 Stress and Vitality, educated in mentorship-based life coaching, and a certified Yogic Numerologist. She is also the founder and facilitator of Sacred Daughters of Utah, a women’s community devoted to healing, truth, and sovereignty.

Crystal is passionate about helping women and wellness leaders reconnect with their inner authority and live from a place of self-trust. Her work is grounded in the belief that clarity, confidence, and inner peace are not things we earn, but states we return to when the nervous system settles and the mind stops outsourcing its power.

Through intuitive Life Coaching, Kundalini Yoga (which includes breathwork, somatic healing, deep rest, and meditation), and yogic numerology, Crystal helps people release old attachments, get clear on their vision, and remember who they are beneath fear and self-doubt. Her work is both mystical and practical, supporting transformation in life, leadership, and business.

Alexa Ellis is a co-founder of The Treehouse Collective and has lived in Utah for about 5 years with her husband and dog. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Leadership, she is a certified level 1 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor, and trained in level 2 Conscious Communication. Her classes typically include a lot of sound, using singing and mantra! 

She has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is passionate about making her classes adaptable and friendly to every body. She currently works with young adults with neurodiversities and teaches them yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, and connecting with their bodies. This has been a fun challenge for her and she has been successful in making embodiment accessible for them. She strives to make her classes and events as accessible and adaptable as possible, both physically and mentally. Then everyone can get the highest benefit, no matter the experience level! 

Alexa is currently getting certified in T.R.E. (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and has been instructing T.R.E. already for 2 years. She has been amazed by the positive impact it has had with her client’s health, as well as her own! Alexa is very passionate about teaching others as many tools as possible so they can independently use them, and T.R.E. is one such tool! 

Some of Alexa’s favorite things are plants, music, the color pink, learning new things, thrifting, dancing, and laughing! She loves to live in the present moment as much as possible and to find joy and play in every situation. 

Alexa has a Cancer sun, Pisces moon and Virgo rising. She is a Human Design Projector, and her path number in Numerology is an 11.
