DeAnna has been teaching fitness and movement since 1983 and is a 200-Hour
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, certified in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She is also certified in Sound Baths and Guided Meditation, blending these modalities to create a holistic and deeply restorative experience.
DeAnna’s classes are welcoming and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. Her teaching style emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, inviting students to connect with their bodies, quiet the mind, and find balance from within. Whether guiding an energizing flow or a calming meditation, DeAnna’s intention is that every student leaves feeling grounded, renewed, and supported, on and off the mat.
