Crystal Schultz

Crystal Schultz is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher through the Kundalini Research Institute, trained in Level 2 Stress and Vitality, educated in mentorship-based life coaching, and a certified Yogic Numerologist. She is also the founder and facilitator of Sacred Daughters of Utah, a women’s community devoted to healing, truth, and sovereignty.

Crystal is passionate about helping women and wellness leaders reconnect with their inner authority and live from a place of self-trust. Her work is grounded in the belief that clarity, confidence, and inner peace are not things we earn, but states we return to when the nervous system settles and the mind stops outsourcing its power.

Through intuitive Life Coaching, Kundalini Yoga (which includes breathwork, somatic healing, deep rest, and meditation), and yogic numerology, Crystal helps people release old attachments, get clear on their vision, and remember who they are beneath fear and self-doubt. Her work is both mystical and practical, supporting transformation in life, leadership, and business.
