Heart Expansion Ceremony with Doug of Attuning Bodies A By-Donation Event! (Pay in person) You’re invited to an evening of rest, resonance, and heart-centered presence. This Heart Expansion Ceremony is a frequency-based experience guided by Doug of Attuning Bodies, including a frequency, or sound, journey designed to support relaxation, openness, and inner connection. Rather than effort or performance, this gathering offers space to soften, align, and expand the heart. Though held on Valentine’s Day, this ceremony is for everyone—not just couples. It’s an invitation to connect with yourself, your heart, and a shared field of calm and coherence. After the ceremony, we’ll enjoy light refreshments and tea, with space to gently integrate or connect in community. What to bring: * Comfortable clothing * A yoga mat or anything that helps you rest comfortably * Potluck food to share (optional) A limited number of yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and water refill are available at The Treehouse Collective.
