Studio & Space Rental Rate: $73 / hour (2-hour minimum suggested) Designed with a warm New York loft aesthetic, our space features exposed natural brick, expansive windows with beautiful ambient daylight, high-arched architectural details, and flexible staging options for portraiture, brand shoots, and lifestyle photography. What’s Included in Your Studio Booking Natural Light & Ambiance: Large windows for natural daylighting, sheer soft-light curtains, and dimmable ambient overhead lighting. Architectural & Aesthetic Backdrop: Authentic exposed red brick walls, custom decorative archway, and curated seasonal decor (optional use). Furniture & Props: Full studio furniture setup, styling lamps, and an available massage table for practitioner/healer brand portraits. Client Amenities: 2 private changing areas / dressing rooms for hair, makeup, and wardrobe transitions. *Reach out to The Treehouse Collective staff if booking more than 2 hours in a row to complete scheduling. - Optional Add-Ons & Event Upgrades - Event Seating & Tables: Folding/event chair and table package setup.
