Yoga and Pilates - Yoga Haven Studio
Yoga and Pilates have been part of my life since 2017, becoming both an anchor and a teacher. I completed my 200-hour RYT in 2022 and earned my mat Pilates certification in 2024. I teach vinyasa and restorative yoga, offering breath-led movement with plenty of options so students can meet themselves where they are.
I’m passionate about creating a calm, welcoming space that feels safe and supportive. Shaped by my own experiences with postpartum anxiety and scoliosis, my teaching is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and listening to the body. What I love most about yoga is the sense of community it creates—the shared experience of breathing and moving together. It’s an honor to hold space for that, and I look forward to practicing with you.
